Hi, I have been given by my parents a Conway Stewart Fountain Pen/Pencil set in the original case.  The set is of a medium blue colour with gold crackle like thread throughout.  The case is blue/green with gold trim.  It was bought for my grandfather by my parents in 1957 and the pen/pencil measure 12cm (approx) each.  The nib and other accessories are marked 14kt gold and there is a No. 4 sticker on the underside of the box.  Can anyone provide me with any further information and should I be looking after it!  Thank you from a complete novice.

Thanks for the interesting site devoted to CS, my favourite marque of the pen world, and for the opportunity to view a range of quality vintage CS pens, and possibly buy at reasonable rates :-)

I live in The Netherlands and bought my Conway Stewart vintage fountain pen in the webshop, although I had only see it on the screen of my Macbook. So I had to trust the description fully. My experience with this shop: superb!!!! Beautiful pen, nearly new, perfect packed en fast, really very fast delivered!
If you consider to buy a beautiful fountain pen, this is the place to be.
Great doing business with you!

Bought a great pen but the nib was too broad. Asked Mr. Neil to replace it, and he did, in short order, and it's a fine nib. I have nothing but good things to write about Simon Neil and the way he operates his pen business.

Great products on here and the info and pricing is very informative. I do find the yellow bubbly background rather distracting though. I would have thought that a more restful background would help the customer focus more easily on the pens.(Just a thought.)
Regards, Chris.
